Email is the reliable route
Put the reason in the subject line — “Bug”, “Security”, “Data deletion”, “Monitoring”. We aim to acknowledge within 7 days.
About the contact form
The form at /contact.php currently shows a confirmation without delivering your message. It is being fixed. Until then, please use email — including for any privacy or data deletion request.
Common problems
The one-time code has not arrived
Check the spam folder first - automated mail from a small domain often lands there. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. If your organisation filters inbound mail, the sending domain may need whitelisting; there is a guide for that linked below.
A monitor says down but the site loads for me
The check runs from our host, not from your network, so a route or DNS problem between the two will show as down even when the site is fine locally. Check the response time history for the pattern: a clean flip to down usually means reachability, while rising latency before the failure usually means load.
A document in the reference library will not open
The reader needs the verified session from the email code in the same browser. If you opened the link in a different browser, or in a private window that has since closed, verify again. Bookmarking the reader URL will not bypass this.
Can I use the tools offline or on an internal network?
The calculators run entirely in the browser, so once the page has loaded they keep working without connectivity. They are not currently packaged for self-hosting.
I found a bug or a security issue
Please email rather than filing it publicly, especially for anything security related. Put "Security" in the subject line. Include the URL, what you did and what happened.
